Day 1 - head to Cariari by boat - we'll have time to hike on the beach this evening.
Day 2 - kayak and boat the canals and enjoy a nice brunch and head to Sarapiqui where we
spend the night.
Day 3 - some white water then shower, lunch and then to Arenal Volcano in time to relax in the hot springs - spend the night here. 
Day 4 - kayak on Lake Arenal or the Penas Blancas river.
Day 5 - Monteverde (a beautiful cloud forest) - great views, fresh weather and adventure in the trees.
Day 6 - enjoy La Reina de la Selva our private lodge near the beach on the Pacific
Ocean. Many activities here: surf kayaking, hikes, gentle sea kayaking with excellent seafood for lunch
or dinner.
